Your login details from the old CFB portal will NOT allow you to access the new portal. 

To register for the new portal, please email cfb@jtcgroup.com requesting access.

You will then receive terms and conditions which need to be accepted,  after which you will receive your new login details.

Please note, if you registered your email via the CFB website prior to 8th September 2025, we kindly ask you to email cfb@jtcgroup.com in order to be sent the terms and conditions.

The team are currently receiving a high volume of requests, and so may take a few days to respond.

If you need to submit any instructions on your account prior to your access being set up, please email cfb@jtcgroup.com with a signed instruction, and these will be dealt with as a priority.
