He is the former Head of Support Services within the Methodist Council’s Connexional Team and an Associate Lecturer in Charity Governance and Social Entrepreneurship at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

These included a number of Board positions, most recently as Director of Finance at the Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust.

Morwenna also Chaired the Pensions Committee of the Cornwall (Unitary) Council from 2009-2013.
